Gwalia Farm, Wales

This past weekend we went camping! It might be cold camping out of season but the perk for us this past weekend was…WE WERE THE ONLY CAMPERS! It made it very relaxing and quiet. We are planning another camping trip for next month hopefully before it gets busy, we will see!

We went to Wales and I found the campsite on coolcamping.co.uk, it was very nice, clean and relaxing! Woods everywhere couldn’t see anyone or anything (owners, animals, people moving the sheep around) you could just hear the farm animals and wildlife. We love that! When we go camping its to relax and get away from the noisy world, so this is what we love. The owners were very nice and came down the next morning to make sure we pitched out tent alright, because due to traffic we got there after dark. I would recommend Gwalia Farm for anyone wanting to camp in wales. Camp there at least once, its beautiful!

So we as I said we arrived after dark! So we had our lantern hanging in a tree and the owners lent us some head lamps to use. But our morning view was nice (probably better in the spring/summer when things are blooming but we still loved it!)

and even cali was enjoying relaxing while we were making our coffee and eating breakfast!

We were very thankful we found a french press the night before we left! With both of us working different shifts it was hard to look.

Loved the sheep!

We took these as we were turning around to leave (very narrow street) and we learned cali is not a sheep dog! HAHA! She was growling under her breath like she was unsure what she was looking at through her window.

We will forever love this view and want to go back to Wales!
